It seems that +7P (Heavy Vault) is best in the waste when looking for recipes/rare gear, until you have all the recipes? For legendary junk, the guide says about 10 C and the best E and L you can get, but it doesn't seem there is a +E/L outfit. Obviously +7E (Heavy Wasteland) is best for leveling max health, and +7 whatever for the work room stats. I get that the best outfit is based on what you want that dweller to do, and I mostly understand how the stats affect dwellers when exploring/questing/working, but what are the names of the best outfits for those purposes within the current meta?
